Jim Beam Pairing Dinner at ViewHouse
This Thursday, April 24, starting at 6 PM, the ViewHouse Eatery, Bar and Rooftop in the Ballpark neighborhood is hosting a Jim Beam Pairing Dinner featuring a five-course menu and delicious drinks. Executive Cheff Jose Guerrero has put together a tantilizing dinner paired with hand-crafted Jim Beam cocktails from the bar.
First course: Creamy Normandy camembert and rye, manchego iberico and peppadew with brie and phyllo. Featured cocktail is the Ginger Honey Sour.
Second course: Harissa prawns and arugula salad with dried cherries and pumpernickel toast. Featured cocktail is the Ghost Caipirinha de Uva.
Third course: Smoked pulled pork rib brioche "miniwhich" with pistachio pesto. Featured cocktail is Jim Beam Southern Mint Tea.
Fourth course: Slow roasted devils cut brisket with tempura portobello and avocado bacon fingerling potato salad. Featured cocktail is Running with the Devil.
Intermezzo is coconut sorbet and dessert is white chocolate creme brulee with spuntino saled caramel ice cream paired with Jim Beam's single barrel.
Tickets are $35 per person or $60 for two and can be purchase at Eventbrite.
