Denver Restaurant Week Returns Feb. 22 - 28

Denver’s 10th annual Restaurant Week runs February 22-28 this year, and the event has proved so popular a second week has been added for August. Foodies can enjoy these special meals for only $30 per person or $60 per couple (tax and gratuity not included). Restaurants fill up quickly so reservations are a must. DrinkDenver found some places offering some drink to go with all that food. Bon appétit!

Angels Share Wine Pub (8361 Rampart Range, #B101, Littleton; 303-902-1782)
Over in picturesque Roxborough Park, this intimate little restaurant in south Littleton is offering a 4-course menu with a choice of over 75 wines by the glass. Other options include handcrafted cocktails and regional micro-brews.

Lala’s Wine Bar + Pizzeria (410 E. 7th Ave.; 303-861-9463)
Lala’s popular upscale pizza joint will pair the menu with wine and include it in the price. That’s quite a deal. The meal offers a choice of fried zucchini or grilled romaine with bacon to start and the entrée is either tilapia-stuffed crab cake or beef medallions.

Parallel 17 (1600 E. 17th Ave.; 303-399-0988)
This contemporary French Vietnamese bistro is offering a 4-course dinner and each course has three food choices. For an additional $20 P17 will pair your food choices with wine.

Racines’s (650 Sherman St.; 303-595-0418)
A Denver dining staple, Racine’s is ready for Restaurant Week. The restaurant is offering a 3-course food menu with a bottle of wine to share. Choices are Handcraft Chardonnay, Pine Ridge Chenin Blanc-Voignier and Josh Cellars Cabernet all from California and Diseno Malbec from Argentina.

Satchel’s on 6th (1710 E. 6th Ave.; 303-399-2560)
This cozy restaurant near the Denver Country Club is offering a 3-course menu. Additional items include $5 adult hot chocolate or $5 beer floats featuring Lugines Chocolate Milk Stout.

The White Chocolate Grill (8421 Park Meadows Center Dr.; 303-799-4841)
Over at Park Meadows Mall, the White Chocolate Grill has a 3-course menu for diners. Add a bottle of Trinity Oaks Chardonnay or Pinot Noir for $20.

Water 2 Wine – DTC (9608 E. Arapahoe Rd.; 303-799-9463)
Denver Tech Center's full-service wine maker is offering a Restaurant Week treat, an all liquid menu. Travel the world through wine with three courses of wine tasting. First course are white wines paired with international and domestic cheeses, breads and fruits. Course two is the reds paired with blue vein cheese, nuts and charcuterie. Round out the tasting with dessert wines from Australia, California, Canada and Washington. Salute!
