Holiday chef's class at Kachina
Get ready for the holiday party season this year with a holiday chef's class at Kachina Southwestern Grill in Westminster. Learn how to make and serve special holiday dishes and spirits from Executive Chef Jeff Bolton and Head Bartender Nick Tarsi. The class will be Thursday, October 17, from 6:30 to 8:30 PM
Chef Bolton will show guests how to make Southwestern Style Turducken - a dish consisting of a de-boned chicken stuffed into a de-boned duck, stuffed into a de-boned turkey. Tarsi will show how to make festive giant punch bowls to serve holiday guests.Each attendee will receive a complimentary glass of wine or beer and receipes from the class. Cost is $20 per person and only a limited number a guests can attend. Make a reservation today.
